Ensure all fields are filled out, and the application is notarized before uploading online. You must have a signed contract with your school to submit an application. Please only submit an application after you have been instructed to do so by your chosen school.


Please note: Due to data discrepancies found, there are three schools that The Nevada State Barbers' Health and Sanitation Board has voted to no longer recognize in the United States. The schools are Arizona Barber Styling College (AZ), American Barber School (CA), Beyond Institute and Career Center (FL).
